What is A Home for All Seasons?
A Home for All Seasons is a program that provides minor home repairs at no cost to the homeowners, allowing families to live in warmth, safety and independence, and to remain in their homes and neighborhoods.
Who is eligible to receive services? To be eligible for consideration, you must:
- Own
and occupy your home with no plans to vacate/sell
the home for a period of one year
- Be
willing to sign a homeowner agreement, releases
and waivers
- Meet
income eligibility requirements
- Be
over 55 years of age or living with a disability,
or caring for a family member living with a disability
- Need
minor home repair assistance

A Home for All Seasons is limited to the work listed above. Our program focuses on minor repairs that keep your home warm, safe and dry. We limit service to 2 calls in a 12-month period at the same residence. Projects are completed by volunteers and skilled trades and are subject to their availability.
