Only the development director and the person assigned to proxy bid for you that evening will know the details of your bid.You will receive a confirmation email of the details of your bid prior to the event. At that time you can either confirm or change/remove your bid, if desired.
You will be notified of the results by email on September 7th. If your bid was successful, it will be processed September 8th and you will be contacted by phone to arrange pickup of your items. |
