Our focus will be to help provide the children with some new clothes for the summer and the upcoming school year. The children are all in need of summer clothes such as shorts, summer tops and shirts, shoes, flip-flops, jackets, sweatshirts, and swimsuits. We're hoping that you will "adopt" one of these kids and provide them with some new clothes:
Boy, age 8, wears a boy's size 8 in clothing and a boy's size 8 shoe. Hehas symptoms of Shaken Baby Syndrome and has Down Syndrome. He loves Sponge Bob Square Pants and Bob the Builder!
Girl, age 9, wears a girl's size 10 in clothing and a girl's size 3 shoe. Shel also has symptoms of Shaken Baby Syndrome. She loves Dora the Explorer, Barbie, and Princess themed clothes!
Girl, age 11, wears a girl's size 12-14 in clothing, and a women's size 7 shoe. She and her older sister (14) both like the "girly" kinds of clothes!
Boy, age 12, wears a boy's size 12 in pants, and a size 10 in shorts and shirts. He wears a men's size 8 in shoes.
Girl, age 14, wears a girl's size 14 in clothing, or a women's size 5. She wears a women's size 7 shoe and also loves the "girly" clothes.
Boy, who's nickname is "Buddy," is 15 years old, he wears a boy's size 14 in clothing (he prefers black), and a men's size 8 shoe.
If you would like to participate, please collect your clothing gifts at your branch or send them to Melanie Parkhurst at Cherry Creek. We will present the family with our gifts on Rebuilding Day which is Saturday, April 28, 2007.
